Cut flowers (roses) growing new leaves from the stem...? What do I do!?
My boyfriend bought me these beautiful pink roses and I cut them and put them in a vase with the food and water. It was a couple of weeks ago and the heads on them started to die, but I noticed that new leaves were beginning to shoot out of where I'd cut off the old leaves.
I've now cut off the dead heads and dead leaves, but the new shoots continue to grow! What do I do with them?

discard the old dead ones and let the new ones grow... and enjoy them. If the plants do not have a root structure, you can't plant them in the ground... they will die. So enjoy them as long as they last.

Peace
