This version is probably the most beautiful thing that exists in this world. With all? respect to Kylie, who did a pretty decent job, the truly dark and twisted feel of the song just shines in the Nick/Blixa duetting. All of their performances of this song are stunning. These two gorgeous men are a constant inspiration, I do hope that someday they will collaborate again to produce something great.
The beret made it epic?
@GothamClive
thanks bro? i,ll check it out
@Weeninja I advise you to listen to Einstürzende Neubauten, Blixa’s main band. Especially the Stella Maris live version is great, but there is also the studio version with English subtitles? on YouTube.
This version is so much better than the one with Kylie Minoque.? Blixa sings with passion and straight out of the heart. Id like to hear more song with Blixa on Vox.
Totally agree!Mr .Morgan Wolf? 5!
Totally? agree!
@Siste4366 Well, let’s agree that The Bad Seeds (in this video’s particular incarnation) came to an end in 2003 when Blixa left the band. That was his decision. Mick Harvey’s departure was of course less amiable but what’s done is done. Nick could resurrect the band with an entirely new line-up (minus G-man or there? is no point). I’d love to see Nick fly solo on an original album with a variety of guest musicians and remove the current subject restrictions on his songwriting (God/love). ;)
I CRY for KILLERS…..!Thanks, Nick that YOU killed the Bab Seeds and bring? us:
GRINDERMAN!!!!!!
Better than any other performance? I know.
@XSEAWITCH so? do I…
